Position: Residential Registered Care Home Manager
Location: North Finchley, LB Barnet
Location Registration: Elderly / Dementia Care
Job Type: Permanent, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00
Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum
Our client is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Residential Registered Care Home Manager to join their team in North Finchley, LB Barnet. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a reputable care home registered for elderly and dementia care services.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home in accordance with CQC regulations and standards.
2. Oversee the care delivery to service users, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life.
3. Lead and support the staff team, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and delivering high-quality care.
4. Collaborate with the service provider and stakeholders to promote a positive and caring environment.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
1. NVQ 5 / RMN / QCF completed.
2. Proven experience as a registered manager or in a senior role within a residential care setting.
3. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
4. Experience in elderly and dementia care.
