What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing high-level, on-site service to resolve technical issues for clients.
* Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment with precision and efficiency.
* Coordinating the installation and de-installation of new equipment as per client requests.
* Staying updated on the latest technologies to optimize client satisfaction.
* Maintaining accurate records of service work performed and communicating effectively with supervisors.
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
* Be able to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
* Strong understanding of microcomputers, peripherals, and Windows OS.
* Proficiency in system imaging, Active Directory, and networking components.
* Experience in desktop, laptop, and printer/copier repair.
* A+ Certification preferred; Hardware Vendor certifications a plus.
