The role
Jola is looking for a new Internal Account Manager to join our friendly team.
We are looking for individuals who:
* Have worked within the Channel with a proven track record in selling M2M, IoT and MBB SIM connectivity to Channel Partners.
* Can demonstrate a sound understanding of M2M, IoT and how they add value.
* Are looking to advance their existing skills with ongoing support and training in an ethos of continual improvement.
* Are customer-focused in order to develop partner relationships that allow our partners to grow their own business using Jola services.
* Have the ability to work on their own initiative with excellent time management skills in order to achieve company targets.
* Understand mobile technology applications/IT service provision and can learn new products, systems, processes and technology quickly.
* Can work well in a high-pressure environment whilst still having an eye for detail in order to maintain CRM database and company systems.
* Can prioritise and manage their own sales activities in line with company targets and KPIs.
Responsibilities include:
Demonstrating and training:
* On-ramping new partners to get them selling Jola products.
* Training of new products to your assigned accounts as they are launched.
* Following up on assigned leads and prospects.
* Helping partners to identify opportunities, providing commercial and product support.
Joint selling:
* Teams webinars and conference calls with partners.
Planning, administration and personal development:
* Responsible for updating partner and prospect databases.
* Liaise with Sales Management to target partners with the most potential.
* Follow up actions from meetings and training.
* Participate in internal training at least once a week.
Skills required:
* Education and Qualifications: Educated to degree standard or proven achievement in a similar role.
* Experience:
o Experience working in Sales and selling into the Channel.
o Experience in selling Mobile (M2M, IoT and MBB), SIP, PSTN Replacement and CPE peripherals.
o Experience with: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems.
o At least three years’ sales experience in a similar role.
* Skills / Aptitude:
o Excellent organisational skills.
o High attention to detail.
o Ability to learn products, systems, processes and technology quickly.

Other: Must be willing to work away from home for several days at a time if necessary.
