Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner (HR BP) / HR Consultant with extensive experience operating at a senior level, particularly with C-suite stakeholders. This individual will be acting as a trusted adviser while confidently challenging and influencing decision-making.
The role requires a strong HR professional with a track record in large-scale change management, including consultations, team restructures, harmonisation of teams, mergers and acquisitions, and function remodelling. A key upcoming challenge will be leading the transition from two sets of Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) to a single, unified framework, making previous experience in this area essential.
You ideally have experience working in large complex companies which are highly regulated i.e. Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals etc..
