Job Description: As a Full-Time Music Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and educating our students in various aspects of music theory, history, and performance. Your responsibilities will include planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages musical expression and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive music curriculum in line with national standards and educational best practices. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of students. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their musical development. Organize and oversee musical performances, concerts, and recitals to showcase student achievements. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of students. Stay updated on advancements in music education and integrate innovative teaching methodologies into curriculum design. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field (Master's degree preferred). Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification. Proven experience teaching music to students of varying ages and skill levels. Proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments and a strong understanding of music theory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for music education and a commitment to fostering a love for music in students.
