Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for a temporary opportunity? We have an exciting role for you! Join our client's team as a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk for a period of 2 weeks, with a possibility of extension.
Responsibilities:
Manage the purchase ledger function efficiently and accurately
Process supplier invoices and payments, ensuring correct coding and authorisation
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
Assist with month-end procedures and ad-hoc financial tasks as required
Collaborate with other members of the finance team to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recordsRequirements:
Proven experience in purchase ledger is essential for this role
Excellent understanding of purchase ledger processes and procedures
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office applications
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
A self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a teamThe Benefits:
