Chef de Partie
Location: Near Bank Station, London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate: £15.44 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Chef de Partie to join our team. This role offers a stable Monday-to-Friday schedule with 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required from time to time, so flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality
* Assisting the head chef and sous chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes
* Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and health & safety
* Managing and training any junior staff working with you
* Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities
* Relevant culinary qualifications preferred
