RPS Group is currently seeking two efficient Project Coordinators to join our operations support team, looking after projects related to wastewater networks, in Irlam and Clevedon. This role is office-based and will be assisting the Project Management team to deliver projects focused on wastewater asset surveying. This is an interesting and rewarding role that would suit someone who has an interest in the environment.
What you’ll be doing
1. Providing coordination of people, projects, clients, and onsite equipment.
2. Responsible for the technical support of field staff, ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements.
3. Ensuring all field teams have the correct RAMS for each project.
4. Assisting with planning the weekly whereabouts of the field-based staff, in the delivery and recording of all toolbox talks and team briefs.
5. Coordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
6. Identifying risks and opportunities, monitoring project progress, and maintaining project documentation and record keeping.
7. Performing tasks and duties assigned by the Project Manager.
8. Assisting in performing QA checks, preparation of RAMS, and planning the weekly whereabouts of the field-based staff.
9. Client liaison, arranging client meetings, and answering queries.
10. Coordinating office and site resources, equipment, and information.
11. Ensuring offices are kept clean and well maintained, escalating any issues to the Project Manager.
About You?
* Previous experience in a Project Coordinator role.
* Excellent IT skills and proficient user of MS Office suite.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly efficient, organised with excellent problem-solving skills.
* A flexible approach and reliable.
* Able to work quickly and accurately.
* Approachable with great interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at all levels in a professional manner.
* Able to use initiative and work unsupervised.
* Please note mandatory drug and alcohol tests are undertaken for this role.
