Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
Contract Type: Locum ongoing contract
Pay Rate: £26.16 - £42 per hour (assignment rate)
* Weekdays - £26.16ph
* Saturdays - £33ph
* Sundays - £42ph

Main duties of the Occupational Therapist:
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships both within the Partnership Trust and with external organisations to meet service requirements and support the Trust's equality values.
* Assess new service user referrals and care/support needs.
* Assess service users and formulate, develop, implement, and evaluate programmes of treatment/care/support for individuals, families, and carers.
* Promote independence/self-management and maintain safety.
* Prevent and reduce health inequalities.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
* Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy.
* Recent UK experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
* Recent NHS experience.
* Registered with the HCPC.
* Must be a car driver and be able to use own car.
