We’re looking for a Customer Planning Manager to support the major strategic transformation of customer planning in its new capacity. What You’ll Do
* Co-create and implement a deeply insight-led customer planning process.
* Govern the customer calendar, drive planning processes, shape event plans, and facilitate forums between central marketing and cross-functional teams.
* Support senior stakeholder engagement, ensuring robust planning and processes align with our customer strategy.
* Partner with key stakeholders to align and deliver customer calendar initiatives, strategic projects, and prioritised business objectives.
About you and your skills
Ideally, you come from a retail or FMCG background with 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, or from an agency background, with expertise in strategic planning or insights development, leading through to execution.
You’ll bring a proven ability to influence and manage cross-functional stakeholders and lead planning forums.
You’ll also have :
* Knowledge of the retail environment and trade planning (desirable but teachable).
* Stakeholder management across a breadth of projects and initiatives.
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong decision-making skills.
