Reporting to the Cluster Reservations Manager, you will ideally have previous hotel reception/reservations experience within a Hilton branded property. Your cluster of hotels includes the 5-star Hilton Curio Hotel in Kensington, DoubleTree by Hilton West End, DoubleTree by Hilton Victoria, and the DoubleTree by Hilton Woking.
What will I be doing?
As the Cluster Groups and Events Executive, you will serve as the first line of inquiry for Group Room Reservations within the hotel. You will also work closely with the Meeting and Events team and Front Office team to coordinate group stays. You are responsible for offering excellent customer service, options, and other solutions to meet Guest and customer needs. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
* Convert inquiries into contracted business quickly.
* Communicate and verify information between the Meetings and Events team and Front Office team to ensure correct rooming lists and billing requirements.
* Respond positively to sales inquiries to develop future sales leads.
* Identify sales leads as appropriate.
* Respond to all customers in a highly professional manner, ensuring all reservations are completed accurately and to the Guest's expectations.
* Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining the hotel's brand standards.
