active entertainment. Fun is our key word, where our sites across the UK offer
up to 30 activities from e-karting to trampoline parks, high wall climbing to
augmented reality bowling. A business like ours needs to tell people what we do
and where we are, and to do this we have a crack sales and marketing team. To
help support them on their ongoing mission, we are now looking to recruit a Marketing
Coordinator / Project Manager.
What you’ll be doing…
As a Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Project
Manager, you’ll be an integral part of the Sales & Marketing function,
ensuring that the efforts of the departments are constantly aligned with the
business priorities. Your duties will include marketing planning, scheduling
campaigns, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication between
teams and stakeholders.
You’ll also be the guardian to the department’s
resources such as budgets and staff, helping to streamline workflows and
avoiding delays. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll assist with executing marketing
strategies and analysing performance to suggest operational improvements.
Your key responsibilities

Planning
& Scheduling: Developing timelines for marketing campaigns and projects,
ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Project
Tracking: Monitoring progress, tracking deliverables, and reporting on the
status of projects to ensure key milestones are met.

Collaboration: Facilitating regular meetings between
team members or stakeholders, discussing departmental requirements, ensuring
all parties are aligned and holding all dependencies to account.

Resource
Management: Allocating resources such as staff, budgets and tools, optimising
workflow and avoiding bottlenecks.
·
Execution and Support: Assisting with the
implementation of marketing strategies by managing the logistics of campaigns.

Briefing: You’ll generate execution briefs, based on
marketing planning, to ensure all members of the business are all working
towards a collective goal.
Ideally you will have Project Management or Marketing Manager experience for this role. You will also be based in our Head ofice in Wakefield.
