The Role of Telesales Executive
* This is an office based telesales role work as part of a dynamic sociable team.
* Office hours are 8am-5pm
* You will be responsible for speaking to clients over the phone, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
* This role is a mixture of business development outbound calls as well as handling incoming enquires.
* You will be tasked with making calls from the company's CRM system approaching small to medium sized customers selling commercial waste service contracts.
* This is an entry / early career role where the Telesales Sales Executive will benefit from full training
* As Telesales Sales Executive you will make out bound calls to SME (small and medium sized businesses) uncovering customer needs and selling the features and benefits
* You will use your relationship building skills to development relationships with decision makers who are typically business owners / managers.
* You will be provided customer details via a CRM which will will use to help organise you and update accordingly.
