We are recruiting on behalf of a leading recruitment agency that specialises in Technical Engineering placements across the Nuclear and Oil & Gas industries. Due to continued success, they are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to placing them in engineering roles (360) or focus purely on candidate resourcing and engagement (180).
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the Engineering sector.
3. Utilise job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods to attract top talent.
4. Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms of business with clients.
5. Work towards and exceed individual and team targets.
6. Stay up to date with industry trends and hiring demands.
What Our Clients are Looking For
1. Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within Technical Engineering - Nuclear or Oil & Gas.
2. Strong relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
