Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to placing them in engineering roles (360) or focus purely on candidate resourcing and engagement (180).
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the Engineering sector.
* Utilise job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods to attract top talent.
* Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms of business with clients.
* Work towards and exceed individual and team targets.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and hiring demands.
What Our Clients are Looking For
* Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within Technical Engineering - Nuclear or Oil & Gas.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
