Salary: £23,000.00 per annum
Contract Type: Temporary – 6 Months
Contracted Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Here at Mole Valley Farmers we are currently looking for a Product Data Administrator to join our small and friendly team, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with a real eye for detail who is passionate about delivering a high standard of customer service.
If you have a systematic approach to work, a superb team ethic and great communication skills we would love to hear from you. We work very closely with several other teams within the office and across our retail stores so being able to work collaboratively is also vital.
What you will be doing as Product Data Administrator…
* Maintaining the main Retail Stock file as per the Data coming from Procurement & Supply chain Team accurately, efficiently & within agreed timescales
* Maintaining the Web Product database, ensuring accuracy and within agreed timescales
* Work collaboratively with the Procurement and Supply Chain teams to achieve results and resolve any data issues.
* Setting up and maintaining pricing, including the setup of Promotions for Retail Stores and Web site, as required by Procurement team, ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines
