We operate from four sites including Holmfirth, South Kirkby, Barnsley, and Mirfield. We are now looking for an experienced Head of People to join us on a full-time basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for shaping and delivering the Trust’s People strategy ensuring staff are well-led, engaged and valued, and that the culture supports the strategic direction of Hollybank. A key aim for this role is to inspire, innovative and motivate others to embrace change and support our journey to Outstanding by leading and managing the provision of best in class HR practices. What do you need? Qualified with a degree or professional equivalent; level 7 CIPD or relevant HR experience Experience of leading a People function and as a senior leader Experience of implementing HR initiatives across all HR functions A track record of successful, impactful and visible leadership Experience of organisational design and leading culture change Up to date knowledge of employee law and relevant legislation Experience of leading change management processes This is not an exhaustive list, so please read the full job description prior to applying for this role.
