We are looking for an experienced marketeer to support delivery of a multi-channel marketing strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional looking for a challenging, but flexible, role with one of the most respected brands within Northern Irelands hospitality industry.This is a part-time maternity cover position, offering 20-30 hours per week, depending on experience. Flexible working options can be accommodated. The Marketing Executive reports to the Marketing Manager and will be involved in developing effective marketing communications across key channels and digital platforms. Experience in, and a passion for, brand management, web development & SEO, advertising and PR are key attributes. Strong writing skills, along with a creative flair and technical competency are required; along with attention-to-detail and an ability to organise and time-manage effectively. As the Marketing Executive, your main duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to; Web content updates via CMS tool including copywriting and proofing Web optimisation from both a user and an SEO perspective to improve traffic and conversion Blog development based on content and SEO analysis Production of print marketing assets and collateral Management of third-party digital, design and production agencies Support on the curation of existing imagery and video assets and origination of new assets Analysis of topline digital marketing metrics to support marketing planning Support management of key events such as bi-annual Wedding Fair Support delivery of content marketing calendar in line with key brand messages Management of creative partners, including agencies, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing communication outputs Analyse and report on key sales & marketing metrics, especially in the digital arena Brand management ensuring synergy and integrity across all marketing touchpoints Primary and secondary research keeping abreast of customers preferences, sectoral trends and competitor activity Provide ongoing ad hoc sales and marketing support Essential attributes youll need include; 2 years experience in a consumer marketing role Degree-educated, ideally in a marketing or hospitality discipline Highly organised with a structured working practice and an ability to multi-task Strong writing skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Desirable but not essential; Technical ability including use of a Content Management System, basic understanding of Google Analytics Experience in the hospitality or wedding sector Benefits Competitive salary Flexible working Hybrid working opportunity with office based on-site at Clandeboye Lodge, Bangor Free parking Free staff meals on shift 50% discount for friends & family in our Coq & Bull Brasserie How to apply: Please send your CV and a covering letter by clicking 'Apply' below.
