Job summary Senior Support Worker - Full Time - Band 3 - Permanent "We put the heart of the people we support at the centre of everything we do." Come and join the team at the residential Care Home Derby House. We support 6 ladies with learning disabilities and Autism to achieve their goals, reach their full potential and live life to the full. Whilst supporting them in all aspects of daily living in the care home setting. Main duties of the job Support individuals with daily living, promoting independence, working alongside and adhering to the persons support plan and risk assessments. Supporting with personal care. Supporting with health appointments Supporting people to go out to places of interest, go on holiday. Supporting making and cooking meals and drinks. Shift leading, ensuring a shift runs safely and smoothly. Escalating any concerns around the health of an individual.
