A fantastic opportunity with a fully independent UK agency that specializes in Digital Marketing and PR. They are known for offering their clients a strategic, creative, and media-savvy approach.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join the team as the Head of Digital and oversee and lead their PPC & SEO channels.
As the Head of Digital, your responsibilities will include:
* Responsible for creation and execution of new business strategy for the Digital team covering Organic (SEO) & Paid Search (PPC) working closely with sales and marketing to ensure a strong pipeline of opportunities is maintained.
* Development of a detailed business plan for the growth of our integrated digital proposition, that is regularly updated and shows a clear vision for success.
* Day-to-day oversight of key integrated digital clients, maintaining client contact at top level and informing Director of Division of any concerns around client retention or delivery.
* Development of client strategies and sign off on KPIs and monitoring of performance to ensure we are always delivering.
* Firm handle on renewal and upselling strategies for each account.
* Line management of senior team members across the four team areas (SEO, PPC, Organic Social and Paid Social) as directed by Division Director.
* Ensuring your senior team are effectively managing direct reports and have a clear training and development plan for all members of the team.
* Oversight of integrated accounts across other agency teams, to ensure they are working harmoniously.
