Salary Range: £47,800 (dependent on experience)

An educational institution rated "Good" by Ofsted is seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join their team as a Curriculum Manager for Curriculum provision and strategic and operational management of the Animal Management, Sport, Public Services, and Health curriculum areas.

Responsibilities:
* Lead Animal Management curriculum delivery, ensuring compliance with FE and HE quality standards.
* Manage curriculum teams across Sport, Public Services, and Health, ensuring high teaching and learning standards.
* Supervise lecturers, support staff, and technicians to deliver quality, innovative teaching experiences.
* Drive curriculum development to ensure programs are industry-relevant and prepare learners for work or further study.
* Build strong industry and employer partnerships to enhance work placements and career progression.
* Lead recruitment and retention efforts to meet enrolment and financial goals.
* Implement quality assurance processes for curriculum planning, assessments, and learner progress.
* Collaborate with stakeholders like local authorities, schools, and external agencies to support regional growth.
* Oversee commercial opportunities related to the curriculum, supporting financial sustainability.
Requirements:
* You will have experience of managing a successful Curriculum department and have proven experience and knowledge of providing a curriculum that responds to the emerging employment market and new innovative technologies.
* Experience of leading cross-college projects and collaborating with key stakeholders within the further education sector
* Evidence of vocational specialism and management expertise
* Experience of managing and implementing FE quality improvement processes
* Experience of and commitment to the development of blended delivery and online and independent learning
