The Role We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Go-To-Market Marketing Executive to help drive campaign success across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities: Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across channels including email, social media, events, and internal comms Coordinate and manage campaign briefs for UK and European activity Maintain campaign calendars and collaborate with internal stakeholders for planning Support the creation of marketing assets in collaboration with our Digital Hub and design teams Adapt messaging and strategy to align with regional market needs Monitor campaign performance and contribute to insightful reporting Produce scalable materials like product one-pagers, battle cards, and toolkits Write and edit on-brand content for multiple platforms (social, email, blogs, internal comms) Liaise with external vendors and manage supplier relationships as needed Ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand standards, compliance, and GDPR requirements Benefits: We know our people are our greatest asset, so we invest in them. About you: 2 years' experience in campaign delivery or content coordination Proven track record in planning, launching, and reporting on marketing campaigns Skilled in using marketing automation and project tools (e.g. HubSpot, CMS platforms, Monday.com. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills Strong multitasker, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines Comfortable working cross-functionally across marketing, product, sales, and digital teams Solid understanding of brand tone, content governance, and marketing best practices Desirable: Experience in B2B or Account-Based Marketing Exposure to events, media campaigns, or external suppliers Familiarity with GDPR and data protection practices Competence in analytics tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot dashboards Join Enconvo and help us deliver campaigns that make a real impact.
