The role of an expert talent advisor (maternity cover) will be to join a global organization for a 9-month contract as part of an experienced network of HR and recruitment professionals across EMEA. Client: Our client is one of the largest British multinational insurance companies. This role is hybrid, based in our client's office twice per month in Sheffield, once a month in York and once a month in Norwich. (meaning 4 days per week working in the client's office and the rest of the days working from home). What you will do: - You will manage the recruitment process for high-volume customer support roles with UK scope. - Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners and senior stakeholders to support their hiring needs. - Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies and collaborate with the off-site sourcing and coordination team to drive recruitment processes. - Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilizing technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements.
