Learning Support Teacher
Full or Part time
from Sept 2025
Cranmore is a leading independent school in Surrey and part of the Effingham Schools Trust which offers education for pupils age 2 to 18 across three excellent schools on large sites in Surrey with enviable facilities. The Trust's diamond model offers the benefits of the co-ed classroom to very young pupils, the benefits of the single sex classroom in later prep and secondary years, before finally returning to co-education at Sixth Form.
In Cranmore's inspection report, February 2022, we were rated ‘excellent’ in all areas of educational quality and inspectors noted that ‘Pupils with SEND and EAL achieve very well due to high levels of support and timely interventions’.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SpLD teacher, with a Level 5 or 7 qualification and proven experience teaching and supporting pupils with additional learning needs in Years 7-11. The Learning Support Department is very well resourced, and we combine to be a supportive team. We are looking for a candidate to be a full and active member of the teaching staff at Cranmore.
To apply please complete the application form and return it together with a covering letter (addressed to the Headmaster).
Closing date: Tuesday 22nd April 2025; 9.00am
