Graduate Land Project Manager

What You Will Be Doing
As a Graduate, you will join our Project Management team, where you will be responsible for the planning and execution of a variety of small yet vital projects. You will oversee the management and delivery of projects, work packages, and tasks, ensuring they meet key milestones within the set budget and quality standards. This role involves collaborating with both Engineering and Operations to define project scope, monitor progress, and address any challenges.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Working collaboratively with your team you will be involved in the development, design, and manufacture of propelling charges for new munitions products and maintaining performance of legacy products.
* Conducting manufacture, assembly, and inspection of a variety of explosively filled stores with pyrotechnic and secondary explosive material.
* Support the conducting and analysing performance tests for energetic materials and chemical properties.
* Characterisation of materials for key physical and chemical properties report writing.
* The role will require interaction with both customers and senior members of the team, and as such you will be able to communicate across all levels and demonstrate an understanding of how their tasks link to the wider Heavy Munitions aims.
* Prepare regular reports to enable the Portfolio Manager to create summary reports for the family of products, using data from business project control systems.
Minimum Requirements
As a minimum requirement, you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Studies or Project Management.
