Nexos are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to join Aberdeen team on a full-time permanent basis.
This role is focused on supporting the successful execution of client deliverables by ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The Technical Assistant will play a crucial role in assisting the Project Engineering, Engineering, and Construction teams by managing essential project data and interfacing with client systems such as Maximo and the Document Management System.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining project trackers and registers.
2. Handling data requests.
3. Extracting and processing information from Maximo.
4. Providing inputs to our internal systems to support the Delivery team.
5. Gathering progress updates from offshore teams.
6. Contributing to contract and project reports.
7. Ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of documentation.
8. Scheduling meetings and taking minutes during key project discussions.
9. Managing administrative tasks such as filing and document control.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Essential: Experience providing technical assistance and support to project teams.
Key Competencies:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* IT literate and good experience of Microsoft Office suite.
* Enthusiasm and initiative.
* Able to effectively manage several simultaneous activities.
