Senior Project Manager

We currently have several SISS projects ongoing for our Rail customers across England. You'll be responsible for managing our customer relationships as well as the overall management and coordination of upcoming projects. This is a hybrid role based out of our Warwick HQ, with travel to customer sites across England when needed.
What You'll Do:
Developing the overall project delivery and reporting processes to ensure delivery of assigned projects meet relevant standards and timeframes.
Acting as the customer interface for Telent on any allocated project.
The financial performance and reporting of all projects to both Telent and Customer stakeholders
Providing detailed and regular project reviews, reports and KPI's for both telent and client review.
The contractual Quality and Health & Safety for all projects
Providing leadership and direction for the Project team
Planning and ensuring the correct resource is booked and available to deliver the project (internal and external).
Subcontract selection and management.
Ensuring material orders are placed on time and within the agreed budget
Undertaking regular Site Safety Inspections on project portfolio to promote a positive Health and Safety culture.
Supporting the bid team as required for tenders and responses.Who you are:
You will have previous experience in a similar role managing SISS related projects within the rail industry. You will have experience managing a portfolio of projects, upwards of £4M.
Key requirements:
Experience working on SISS projects within Rail is essential
Excellent knowledge of Profit & Loss accounts and cash flow forecasting
Excellent financial and commercial experience of managing multi-million-pound business critical projects
Ability to direct teams in large complex environments
Sound Knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment regulations
Experience of managing complex customer and end user relationships.What we offer:
