To deliver this work, we have 1000s of site based staff on a Mon to Fri basis working on client premises, all organised into their own "accounts" working to operational, financial but also Health & Safety (H&S) goals
To ensure staff are completing their jobs in a manner which is safe and compliant, the employer has a team of Health & Safety Managers, Advisors, Administrators and Analysts responsible for creating and implementing Health & Safety guidelines for all account teams to follow across the UK
With a key member of the team shortly due to go on Maternity Leave, there is a crucial vacancy for a Project Data Coordinator to support on day to day activities within the central H&S team while also supporting on key projects with business wide implications
You will provide help across data management and storage, help prepare training materials and complete a number of administrative tasks, all with the purpose of supporting the successful operation of the central H&S team
*We do not require you to have any formal H&S qualification or experience, while there will be training available, we are more interested in your ability to manage data, complete your small projects and work effectively with a range of key internal stakeholders*
This is a fantastic role for someone looking to develop their Data management and/or Project Skills while becoming exposed to H&S within a large, market leading specialist in the built environment
Actions will include:
* Collation, analysis and dissemination of H&S information and statistics
* Strong collaboration with the UK&I H&S Team, Operations Performance and Group to improve processes
* Manage the H&S purchasing and GRN processes
* Support the business with VEHS, Assessnet and Insight queries
* Project manage Insight performance and improvements
* Effective collaboration on bids, tenders, mobilisations and transitions Ensure Group, UK and Segment reporting is accurate Suggest and manage improvements to the H&S Sharepoint pages
* Lead other H&S projects as required
* Track and report on internal metrics such as overdue incidents, lessons identified and IRP completion
* Drive a consistent approach to H&S and collaborate with Operations Performance teams and central functions to embed ‘Stronger, Simpler, Closer’
We need from you:
* Some experience of Data Management and ideally completing small projects independently
