4. Developing core platforms both within Cloud and on-premises mainframes as well as working on fixes and improvements of pre-existing setups, utilizing shared tools, libraries, and platforms to support our production.
5. Working closely with the Infrastructure, DevOps, and Development teams to promote the increase of automation and maturity across the development pipeline for the division, increasing the velocity of change.
6. Management of continuous integration environments and helping support pipeline tools such as Github Actions and Veracode to ensure quality outcomes of change.
7. Acting as the ‘change lead’ for DevOps, quality assurance practice implementation, and project initiatives, educating and sharing knowledge with team members to enable them to effectively contribute to backlog items related to infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and best practices.
8. Considering the needs of the particular target markets (end users) for products and tailoring the service proposition to meet those needs effectively.
Qualifications Who we're looking for:
1. AWS certification (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional) or other industry certification is beneficial and desired.
2. Significant experience in DevOps, SRE implementation, and evolving practices and ways of working through multi-disciplinary teams, business frameworks, and culture.
