Accounts / Office Assistant This is an exciting opportunity to join our small team and be involved with a variety of tasks Accounts / Office Assistant Duties will include: Recording invoices and processing ready for payment Matching delivery notes to invoices Daily cashing up and recording on spreadsheets Supplier and Customer enquiries Creating new stock items on the system Answering calls and transferring to the correct department What you'll need: The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be confident with excel and data entry, enthusiastic and a good team player Full training given (Will require weekend working on a rota basis with a day off in the week)
