Job Description
* Coordinate all customer service activities, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Manage customer queries and complaints, providing effective resolutions.
* Liaise with the manufacturing department to ensure timely delivery of products.
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries.
* Continuously improve customer service procedures, policies, and standards for the department and the company.
* Collaborate with sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers.
* Assist in the training of new customer service employees.
* Participate in team meetings, providing insight and suggestions to improve company performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Coordinator should have:
