Key Responsibilities Process Improvement: Refining our existing processes, staying on top of candidate and client updates, and managing communication channels for seamless interactions Data Coordination: Handling highly confidential data, tracking industry insights, and organizing internal meetings to ensure data-driven operations Administration: Overseeing office management (bookings, expenses, contracts), managing invoicing and commission and supporting financial planning This is a dynamic role suited for someone who can spot opportunities to enhance efficiency across the board.
