A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Parts Advisor at our site in Taunton to provide excellent customer service to our parts customers.
What you’ll do:
1. Source and allocate parts
2. Answer phone calls, emails and walk-ins from customers
3. Take orders from customers
4. Ensure the correct parts are identified and dispatched to internal and external customers, liaising with colleagues to ensure customer expectations are met and, in most cases, exceeded.
What we need:
1. Previous experience with parts
2. Experience of using Kerridge/ADP preferable
3. Customer-focused and excellent customer service at all times
4. Excellent relationship building with clients
5. Highly organised and adaptable
6. Team player
7. Has a driving licence (essential)
