Job Purpose: As a new role identified due to the continuous growth of MasterMover, we are seeking a meticulous Quality Controller responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards before they are delivered to customers. This role involves inspecting materials, monitoring production processes, and implementing quality control procedures to maintain and improve production quality. The Quality Controller will work closely with production, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to company and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct thorough inspections of products and materials at different stages of production.
· Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations.
· Identify defects and non-conformities, reporting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
· Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
· Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality reports.
· Conduct root cause analysis and support the implementation of preventive measures.
· Work with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet required specifications.
· Assist in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
· Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and procedures.
· Continuously review and improve quality control processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Key Skills & Experience:
· Previous experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
· Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and inspection techniques.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
· Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is desirable.
· Proficiency in using measuring tools and quality testing equipment.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
