We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Social Work Practitioner (Grade 8) to join our dedicated team, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional social care services. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be expected to both lead and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to implement effective interventions while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of some of the most vulnerable members of our society by advocating for their needs, facilitating access to resources, and advising on best practices within social work. Responsibilities
Provide high-quality social work practice to individuals and families experiencing complex needs.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
Utilize evidence-based strategies to facilitate effective support and outcomes for clients.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic service delivery and integration of care.
Mentor and supervise junior social workers and trainees, promoting professional development and best practices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with legislative requirements and organizational policies.
Advocate for the rights and best interests of clients within various social systems and frameworks.
Requirements
A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/BSc in Social Work or equivalent).
Registration with the appropriate professional body (e.g., Social Work England).
Significant post-qualifying experience in a relevant area of social work practice.
Proven knowledge of social work legislation, policy, and best practices.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning within the field.

Pay Per Hour: £15.71
