Job Description
Your role as Commercial Analyst
* Support the Commercial Lead on commercial and growth analysis, planning and reporting.
* Support Commercial Food & Drink Managers to improve performance in respective areas and input into menu process where necessary.
* Promotional analysis and review to improve future planning & performance.
* Work with the Integrated Marketing team to drive wide understanding of reporting options and self-service tools and capability.
* Improve understanding of data and reporting across the team to drive commercial performance – understand and deliver learning experiences across the whole Marketing Team.
What you’ll bring…
* Experience with data visualisation tools and demonstrate storytelling ability with data.
* Commercially aware and able to integrate brands agenda into thinking.
* Proficient at Excel.
* Experience in working with insights data/teams/agencies and being able to understand and extract relevant findings to help build and explain the commercial overview.
* Demonstrable experience in analysing and measuring marketing campaigns e.g. organic/paid search, PPC, display, social.
* Excellent stakeholder management, able to build relationships with teams & colleagues across the business to develop a data-informed culture across our ways of working.
* Understanding of the hospitality industry is a bonus, with a clear understanding of the marketing customer journey.
