The Position: As a Barista within the Client Services team, you will support the Head of Facilities and Client Services in delivering exceptional service in a highly creative environment. Your role involves managing the MoliBar and kitchens, serving alcohol, barista coffee, and non-alcoholic drinks, and greeting clients, staff, and guests. You will oversee hospitality at MoliBar, plan internal events, and maintain kitchen stock and equipment. You will liaise regularly with the Client Services Manager and Head Runners to enhance the client’s experience. You should be able to create a sense of community in an organisation and help establish the company culture. This role needs to help set the tone for a professional, collaborative, and harmonious environment. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Greet clients and guests, offer refreshments, a space to work and assist with directions. Gather and report feedback to the Client Services Manager and Head of Facilities to improve service quality. Collaborate with the senior Client Services team to continuously improve the client experience across all touchpoints. Event Planning and Hospitality: Support the Client Services Manager in staffing, managing, and delivering Bar events, including purchasing for business events and screenings. Serve Barista coffee, alcohol and beverages to clients and staff. Point of contact for purchasing from external suppliers. Take ownership of stocktaking the Molibar. Staff Engagement and Training: Assist with supervising and coordinating Runners for efficient service. Ensure high-quality food and drinks are presented and delivered. Plan and execute Bar training for the Runners. Ensure Bar coverage during opening hours and adequate staffing is provided for events. Facility Management: Keep coffee machine, Bar and kitchen appliances clean, organise maintenance and servicing schedules. Assist the Client Services Manager in supervising Runners and overseeing day-to-day activities. Personal and Additional Responsibilities: Hold a personal bar license for the premises. Endeavour to make the Bar profitable while adhering to the budget set by the Head of Facilities and Client Services. Manage processes to ensure accurate billing for all drinks, confectionery, and alcohol. Knowledge & Experience: Previous client-facing or customer service experience. Proven ability to deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction. Experience in working and developing a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Proficiency in general office administration and organisational tasks. Experience with stock taking and inventory management. Exceptional organisational skills & a high level of attention to detail.
