Luceco PLC, a leading provider of innovative and energy-efficient lighting solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead the company’s global marketing strategy.
The Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, driving brand awareness, and fostering growth across the portfolio of brands and businesses within Luceco PLC.
This role sits on the SLT and reports directly to the CEO. It requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in creating and delivering a high-impact marketing vision and strategy to accelerate growth in a fast-paced organisation.
Responsible for leading a team of more than 30 people across 5 UK businesses.

Responsibilities:
Brand Management
* Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth and brand recognition.
* Enhance Luceco’s brand identity and visibility.
* Develop and oversee a cohesive brand strategy, ensuring alignment with company values and customer expectations.
* Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to position Luceco effectively.
Digital Marketing
* Lead digital marketing strategy, including social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and online advertising to drive engagement and sales.
* Optimize digital content and e-commerce efforts to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Product Marketing
* Lead and strengthen the company’s position as an industry leader in lighting and power solutions
* Oversee marketing efforts for multiple companies within the UK group, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
* Collaborate with business development, product and sales teams to create targeted marketing campaigns.
* Utilise market insights to inform product innovation and guide successful product launches.
Sales & Revenue Growth
* Create the UK group marketing vision, strategy and activity plan to drive value, commercially and holistically, enabling the sales teams to create a competitive advantage in our interaction with target markets.
* Optimize marketing efforts to drive lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
* Use data and analytics to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
* Accountable for all aspects of lead generation across the UK group portfolio of brands.
Public Relations (PR)
* Manage media relations and drive PR campaigns to enhance brand reputation and secure press coverage.
* Lead crisis communications and promote thought leadership opportunities for company executives.
Strategic Leadership
* Develop and execute a long-term marketing strategy aligned with Luceco’s business objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales, product, and customer goals.
* Manage marketing budget and track ROI to ensure resource allocation maximizes impact.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* 10+ years in senior marketing roles, with 5+ years in leadership.
* Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, product marketing, and PR.
* Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
