About the Role:
The School Administrator will be responsible for supporting the administration team with a variety of key tasks, ensuring the day-to-day operations of the school run efficiently. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, liaising with students, staff, and parents. Your role will involve handling general enquiries, managing correspondence, and maintaining records in line with school policies.
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors
Answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and handling queries
Maintaining accurate student and staff records
Assisting with student admissions and attendance
Supporting the smooth operation of the school's general office functions
Producing letters, reports, and other school communications
Assisting with the organisation of school events and meetings
About You:
We are looking for a candidate who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in communicating with people at all levels. Experience in school administration is highly desirable, although not essential. However, a strong administrative background and a good understanding of office systems and procedures are crucial.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using SIMS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
A friendly, professional, and approachable demeanour
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
