Join Our Team – Administrative & Project Support Officer Are you an organised, motivated, and detail-oriented professional looking to make a real difference? We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated individual to join our small but dynamic team, providing vital administrative and project management support to our Sales and Acquisition team, as well as wider Homeownership Services. Your Role: As part of this key role, you will support a range of administrative functions, including: Managing correspondence, scanning, and filing documents Monitoring and responding to digital in-trays Processing financial transactions Supporting project work and general admin duties across the team About You: We’re looking for someone who brings: Experience working in cross-functional teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills A strong team player mindset The ability to work independently, using initiative and making informed decisions Proficiency in MS Office and other computer systems A solid understanding of GDPR/Data Protection principles Strong organisational and time management skills Numerical accuracy for recording and processing financial data A commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, in line with the Southwark Stands Together programme Why Join Us?
