Job Role:
There presently exists, an opportunity for an equally ambitious SALES CONSULTANT to now commence their respective career journeys within this much acclaimed retail jeweller enterprise.
Customer service is a massive part of these roles as is the ability to sell and present all merchandise in a knowledgeable, highly consultative fashion. To observers, you are able to effortlessly keep all interested parties updated (the workshop, stone suppliers, specialist trade artisans as well as your customers) and manage delivery expectation throughout each creations production phase.
For this business customer service shouldn’t end when a product is sold – there will be initiatives to embrace that can ensure having first bought & entrusted buying to the company that there should be many continuing reasons to rightly return.
All within need to operate within best standards of health & safety and be ever mindful of providing a safe secure boutique environment for all VIP customer visitors & trade colleagues alike.
Requirements:

To be considered it is felt to be helpful to have previous experience in sales and retailing of luxury products.

Trade understanding of diamonds and fine jewellery could be advantageous; however, you would be supported to develop & heighten further your professional understanding at whatever industry competence level you may already reached.

You will be used to operating in efficient sales environment and for you, merchandising, maintenance of in-store best protocols and being the best team associate that you can be, will be second nature to you.

Personality wise you will be able to demonstrate constant friendliness be predictably reliable and when flexibility on that rare occasion is requested nothing for you is too much of a chore.

You’ll need to possess great administrative skills – being ever accurate and succinct.
