Royal Voluntary Service has an opportunity available for a Deputy Service Manager to join our team. You will join us on a part-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a salary of £6,917.82 per annum (£20,177 FTE) About the Deputy Service Manager role: Job purpose: To support the management, development and delivery of the service/services working closely with the Service Manager. To support the service manager to ensure that the service/services are delivered in line with the Royal Voluntary Service mission, service plan and service level agreements in order to achieve key performance targets. Willingness to undertake training and continuing professional development. Experience: Experience of working within a community care environment. Cash handling experience. Experience in health, safety and food standards and planning and delivering social activities. Experience of working with volunteers and/or volunteer-led support groups (desirable) Skills and Abilities: Ability to proficiently use industry standard IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, Email, Internet, etc) to a basic level.
