Join a dynamic and expanding software company as a Software Training & Support Engineer, where you'll play a key role in helping customers understand and effectively use software solutions. This role emphasizes user training, support, and onboarding, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and explaining technical information clearly. You'll be handling support calls, training users on new systems, guiding them through setup and configuration, and troubleshooting technical issues when they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for new and existing users, helping them navigate and maximize the use of software
Provide Software support, resolving inquiries and technical issues efficiently
Configure software systems for new users, assisting with setup and customization
Collaborate with the development team to address more complex issues and ensure smooth user experience
Ideal Candidate:
Enthusiastic about IT and applications, with a knack for picking up new systems quickly
Strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with users
Previous experience in a software support or training role, ideally with a background in business application support
