Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm with a 4.30pm finish on Fridays
Our client, based in Rugby, is looking for an experienced administrator to join their team, with some reception and training administration responsibilities.
The key responsibilities:
1. Providing a comprehensive administrative service
2. Reception responsibilities and support
3. Ensuring training requirements for personnel are delivered on time and in a cost-effective manner
4. Accurately recording and monitoring data and compiling regular reports
The ideal candidate:
1. Previous experience in an administrative role
2. Great communication skills
3. Great IT skills - experience with Microsoft Office and ideally SAP
4. Reliable and great attention to detail
