Position Summary:
As a Commercial Account Handler, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our commercial clients. Your primary responsibility will be to support our Account Executives in managing client accounts, processing policies, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, service teams, and insurer partners. This position demands strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities include:
* Assisting Account Executives in managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
* Processing insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.
* Liaising with clients to gather necessary information for underwriting purposes.
* Providing exceptional client service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
* Collaborating with underwriters to negotiate terms and coverage on behalf of clients.
* Preparing accurate documentation and maintaining client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Supporting claims management by facilitating communication between clients and claims departments.
Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes.
Key Performance Indicators:
* Client satisfaction ratings.
* Timeliness and accuracy of policy processing.
* Efficiency in handling client inquiries and requests.
* Compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
