Bank Theatre Practitioner/Nurse - North Downs Hospital - Bank Hours
North Downs Hospital is one of Surrey's leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare treatments and services. Located within the M25, close to the centre of Caterham, the hospital opened in 1974 and currently has 15 bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities and a daycase suite. By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. The fully equipped ultra clean air theatre is particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures offered such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacements. The day unit is suitable for minor operations and endoscopy. Treatments at the hospital also include cataract removal, ENT procedures, hernia repair, varicose vein surgery, hysterectomy, prostate surgery and urological procedures.
The role
We are looking for a Bank SFA Theatre Nurse/Theatre Practitioner to join our team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. You will be responsible for the delivery of the highest standards of care & services. You will be supported by one of the UK’s largest private healthcare groups who will ensure your continuous development and sponsor additional post-graduate and other learning courses.

Essential experience and qualifications for this role
1. ODP level 3
2. SFA Qualification
3. Comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical standards
4. Excellent organisational and communication skills
5. Sound computer skills and knowledge
6. A registered member with the HCP
