Roles and Responsibilities:
* Provide classroom support to teachers and students.
* Assist with lesson preparation.
* Deliver targeted interventions to support student learning.
* Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Contribute to creating inclusive learning environments.
* Maintain an excellent understanding of safeguarding practices.
What We’re Looking For:
* Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational setting is desirable.
* Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate, are beneficial but not essential.
* Must be willing to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to starting work.
