* Agile Coaching experience. Time working as an Agile or Product coach helping teams or organizations become Product aligned, more agile, or both.
* Strong Atlassian Tool Suite Experience. Time working within, or administrating an organization's Atlassian Tools Suite environment.
* Product Management experience. Time working on Product Team within an organization.
* Capital Markets experience.
* Strong presentation skills - lead training sessions with a diverse and senior set of stakeholders.
* Strong writing skills - take on the ground training learnings and turn them into documented best practices.
