Hours: Permanent contract for Full Time (37.5h per week)
Flexibility: Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Salary: £14.15 per hour

What is your purpose?
1. Trains store employees on LP and safety policy and procedure and ensure compliance.
2. Detects and captures shoplifters according to company protocol.
3. Prepares incident reports, accident reports and investigation reports according to company guidelines.
4. Assists management in the investigation of employee policy and procedure violations.
5. Ensures complete confidentiality with regards to current and past investigations and outcomes.
6. Supports store with day to day running
7. Ensures inventory accuracy
Who are our Loss Prevention Associates?
1. You have basic knowledge of computer applications; i.e.: Excel, Word, Power Point
2. You work collaboratively as part of a high performing team
3. You have the ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers and employees
4. You have exceptional organisational, communication and time management skills

6. You are able to work effectively under pressure
