You will be responsible for:

3. Following the planned work schedule to achieve first-time fix, maximising productivity and effectiveness.
4. Delivering high-quality work standards across the estate, with year-on-year improvements.
5. Communicating effectively and building relationships with stakeholders.
6. Working closely with team members, sharing best practices and knowledge.
7. Using problem-solving skills and innovation to develop solutions for key issues.
8. Owning tasks at a local level through to completion, informing stakeholders as required.
9. Owning your development through progression of the maintenance pathway.
10. Driving your own monthly 1-2-1 meetings with your line manager.
11. Using mobile devices to drive best practices in work completion and updates.
12. Utilising business systems to support asset lifecycle management.
13. Representing the Tesco brand by demonstrating values-led behaviours, a positive attitude, and pride in wearing the Tesco uniform.
14. Attending local and national meetings to provide input and feedback.
15. Supporting KPI delivery through practical application of skills and effective system use.

You will need:
Operational Skills:
* Full driving license
* Health & Safety awareness
* Communication & stakeholder management
* Office 365 knowledge
* Completion of relevant technical training modules
* Bricklaying & Masonry
* Roof construction and maintenance
* Cement / Concrete preparation
* Groundworks & Paving
* Tiling and Flooring
* Plastering & Dry walling
Relevant Experience:
* Completion of a recognised Apprenticeship, Improver Programme, or Trade Proficiency Test
* Bricklayer C&G qualifications or NVQ/B-TEC in Construction and the Built Environment
* Digitally confident in operating mobile phones and tablets for workload management and system use
