What’s the Role?
As Assistant General Manager, you’ll be a key player in ensuring that our operations run smoothly, our residents are happy, and our team is motivated. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, from customer service excellence to team leadership, financial performance, and everything in between. This is a hands-on role where your ability to think creatively, solve problems, and lead by example will be crucial.
